Is Bubblews A Scam Site?

Is Bubblews A Scam Site?

Boy, oh boy. This is the burning question all over the social airwaves! First, let is define the word "Scam".

scam: noun: scam; plural noun: scams
1.
a dishonest scheme; a fraud.

scam: verb
1.
swindle.

-----------------------------

This of course would lead us to have to define "fraud" & "swindle".

fraud: noun:
1.wrongful or criminal deception intended to result in financial or personal gain.

swindle; verb:

1.
use deception to deprive (someone) of money or possessions.

Okay, so now that we have educated ourselves on the meaning of these words we would have to in my opinion know as fact what their intentions were. It would appear that it basically had to be premeditated.

It is my honest opinion that Bubblews originally set out with lofty goals to provide something to the community. An opportunity to make friends, express yourself through writing and an opportunity to earn.

It was not until 2yrs later approximately that they dropped the ball somewhere.
Overly ambitious in terms of site developments which incur massive cost?

Or was there some connection to a massive real estate cost for their new office in San Francisco? The entire building was sold in August of 2014 for $8.5 million dollars to a third party which appears to be financed through Bubblews investors, which does technically mean Bubblews does not own the building. Trust me though, if the investors did front the bill, they are expecting to be paid back.

I might add that if you are one of those people who is really good at finding public records then this is all easily traced and proven. I will leave out the screenshots of the deed and peoples names and stick with the dates for now and let you guys who I trust have the smarts to line up the dates to the redemption issues.

Like Bubblews, I also reserve a lot of rights for my protection. Everything posted here is public record. I personally reserve the right not to form a public opinion of whether Bubblews has committed fraud or if it is a scam site. I simply present the facts as they are and let you decide where the dots connect or if they connect.
